Refunds and Exchanges

1. Physical Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories)
We want you to love your gear. We accept returns and exchanges on the following items:
- Apparel: T-shirts, Hoodies, Jackets, Caps.
- Accessories: Tote Bags, Backpacks, Mugs, and Notebooks.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Mugs and Notebooks must be in their original packaging without signs of use.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
2. Donations (Non-Refundable)
Donations made to ColoredTV.org are used to support our content and community.
- All donations are final and non-refundable. * By completing a donation, you acknowledge that you are not receiving a physical product or specific service in exchange for this contribution.
3. Memberships & Subscriptions
We offer exclusive site content through our membership program.
- No Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time through your Account Settings.
- Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to exclusive member content until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your mug arrives cracked, your notebook is torn, or your apparel has a printing error:
- Take a photo of the item and the packaging.
- Email
support@coloredtv.orgwithin 7 days of delivery. - We will issue a replacement or a full refund immediately.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, etc.). Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
